Within fourteen days, unworn and in its muslin. Pieces made once and pieces bought by enquiry are made for you, so they can be exchanged but not returned. Write to us and we'll arrange the collection.
Those are our exclusive pieces — one of one, or made to a measure. There is no price on the site because the conversation comes first. Use the form here, or WhatsApp, and we'll reply with the piece's story and its price.
Dry clean only. Between wears, fold it in the muslin it came in, away from direct light, and never hang zari work — its weight will pull the fabric over time.
Yes, for embroidery and borders on our own fabrics. Custom work takes six to ten weeks and begins with a conversation, so tell us what you have in mind.
