Who we are
CHUNNIINDIA is a house of hand-embroidered chunnis and dupattas. These terms cover your use of chunniindia.com and every order placed through it. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the piece and send you the tracking; until then we may decline it — if a piece has sold through, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given — and anything paid is returned in full.
Pieces marked made once are exactly that. If two orders arrive for the same piece, the first to be paid stands.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown before you pay. Payment is taken on the gateway's page and nothing about your card or bank is held by us.
If a price changes between a piece going into your bag and checkout, checkout shows the current one and says so.
Exclusive pieces
Pieces sold by enquiry are priced and made in conversation. Their terms — timing, deposit, delivery — are agreed in writing before any work begins, and those written terms take precedence over these for that piece.
Returns
See Shipping and Returns. In short: fourteen days, unworn, in its muslin; pieces made once and pieces made to enquiry are exchanged, not returned.

The photographs, the words and the marks on this site are ours. Please don't reproduce them without asking; we usually say yes.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
