Dispatch
Every piece leaves the workshop within three working days of the order. Pre-order pieces leave on the date shown on the piece. You will have the tracking the moment it goes.
Delivery in India
Three to five days to the metros, five to seven elsewhere. Shipping is free from ₹10,000; below that it is ₹250. A few PIN codes are not yet served — checkout tells you before you pay.
Delivery abroad
Not yet through the site. Write to us and we will quote a piece, duties included.
Returns
Fourteen days from delivery, unworn and in the muslin it came in. Write to us and we will arrange the collection; the refund goes back to the same card within seven days of the piece reaching us.
Exchanges and exceptions
Pieces made once, and pieces made to enquiry, are made for you — they can be exchanged for another piece but not returned. If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within forty-eight hours with a photograph and we will make it right.
